A man finds himself working for two bosses at the same time
without either of them knowing
All is not well – Princess Rosamond’s future looks bleak! Cursed by the evil Carabosse at her Christening, Rosamond is doomed to prick her finger on a spinning wheel spindle on her 18th birthday and die.
Her only hope lies with Prince Neil and his friends.
Will Good triumph over Evil?
When will Prince Vyvyan finally get some sleep?
Did Fairy Fred keep the receipts?
And will there be enough pizza to go round?
In 1963 Brighton, out-of-work skiffle player Francis Henshall takes jobs from two bosses at once: gangster Rosco Crabbe and upper-class fugitive Stanley Stubbers.
Unknown to Francis, Roscoe is actually Rachel in disguise, whose dead twin was killed by Stanley, her boyfriend. Francis must juggle both and hide the truth.
Scunthorpe Little Theatre Club has been offering audiences a huge variety of shows to Scunthorpe audiences and beyond since 1947. From our famous pantomimes, the great classics of Shakespeare, riotous comedies, stage versions of favourite TV programmes, costume dramas and musicals, SLTC is a club about drama, about variety and about making excellent theatre.
We currently produce two productions per year that are staged at the Plowright Theatre, Scunthorpe. From our new season, we are embarking on an exciting new major project: exploring new forms of theatre to be performed in new and unusual places. Watch this space!

Making theatre takes a lot of people, pulling together to create something amazing. It takes set designers and builders, sound and lighting technicians, directors, stage crew, props managers, costumers, actors, painters, writers, marketing people, web developers…
The most important thing about people who make theatre is enthusiasm. The rest can be learnt! So there’s no need to have any experience of anything theatrical. Whether you’re 18 or 80+, there will be a place for you with us.
